Competitive Edge is more than a training program, it’s a way for us to bring business and community together to face workforce challenges head on. At its core, it’s about creating pathways for people who have been shut out or overlooked, while giving our employer partners a chance to invest in a stronger, more connected future.

We open doors for individuals who have faced barriers tied to race, class, background, or circumstance, and in doing so, we invite companies to stand shoulder to shoulder with the community. Together, we are tackling inequities that often get ignored in workforce development. The result is not just job training, but a commitment to social responsibility, shared accountability, and the chance to create opportunity where it is needed most.
